Who Really Plays The Lottery? (Answer May Surprise!)

According to a research report from Camelot - Britain's main lottery company - millionaires are far more likely to buy tickets in the national lottery than 'poorer' people.

What? That's a surprise.

Why would a millionaire want to increase their wealth? Haven't they got enough money already?

But this interesting piece of information also reveals something else...

Millionaires don't get rich by being stupid. They see that there's a real opportunity to get tax-free cash in the lottery, and they go for it.

If they think lotto is a great deal, then so should you.

Make sense?

Here's something else about the Brits, according to the survey:
  • - Around 70% of adults in Britain play the lottery regularly. Since their population is around 60 million right now, that's around 40 million... a lot of people each week. It's about the same proportion of players in many other western countries too.
  • - Millionaire winners are more likely to hide the fact they have won the lottery. They normally pretend they have got an inheritance, or received a big work bonus.
  • - The luckiest place in Britain to buy a lottery ticket is Essex. (Just thought I'd throw that in for you!)
