Does A Lottery Million Scare You?

If you ever entered our household and listened to my wife and I talk, you could be forgiven for thinking we were from another planet.

We talk in a secret code.

Not just the familiar banter that people who have lived with each other for years have among themselves.

But a weird kind of abbreviation.

My wife would ask: "How much was the Mercedes servicing this time dear?"

"Seven eighty," I would reply non-committedly, as I continued to file my nails (more on that strange action in a minute!)

A few minutes later I would look up from the real estate section of the paper and exclaim: "I can't believe they want over two for that place. It doesn't even have a lift!"

"And look at this property - they want one point three for it."

And so it goes on.

Have you guessed what we do? Yes, we abbreviate money terms.

"Seven eighty" is seven hundred and eighty dollars.
"Two" is two million dollars.
"One point three" is one million three hundred thousand dollars.

We do this to diminish the power of numbers so they don't scare us.

By abbreviating them.

It's quite common for moneyed folks to act in this way.

I first heard of it several decades ago after a prominent real estate investor was interviewed. And he talked about reducing the power of numbers to scare him, by just talking bare figures and leaving out the "x million dollars"  description.

"If I thought about the real impact of the amount as dollars," he was quoted as saying, "I wouldn't be brave enough to get out of bed each day."

What the abbreviation does is quite extraordinary.

It removes the mental benchmarks we all have in our heads.

Like this...

Many folk on regular wages see their monthly or annual income as the largest amount they are familiar with. So that $40,000 becomes their mindset... the amount that represents a ceiling in their mental adjustment.

When it comes to buying house worth many time more than this benchmark, they become nervous.

With lotttery winnings, it's almost impossible to comprehend the impact of many tens or hundreds of millions of dollars will have on our lifestyle.

So we give up striving for it.

For you to move ahead financially - to stop getting paralyzed with fear every time you imagine spending millions of greenbacks in one shot - you need to disassociate yourself from the physical amount.

Think of it merely as an abstract figure.

Then it won't be so scary.

Something else that's not too scary is this: how about fifty-seven off the Silver Lotto System for today? (Now you know what I'm talking about!)

Happy Winning!
Ken Silver

P.S. If you wonder why I file my nails, I play the classical guitar. And I've just finished an enjoyable half-hour of music before I'm about go down to my local lotto outlet to get my tickets checked. What are you doing right now? Worrying about your dead-end job starting tomorrow? You know what to do about it!

10 Quick Lotto Money Ideas You Can Use

A while back I did a survey to ask why some people don't buy my Silver Lotto System. The answer was not surprising...

Most of the no-buys didn't have any money.

It made me think that there are a large number of people out there who cannot get started, and that's a shame.

So I did some research and came up with 10 legal ways you can quickly get money to buy and play your Lotto game:

1) Increase your credit card limits. Make sure it stays within your repayment budget.

2) Get another credit card. Ditto as in (1).

3) Start a part-time business: teach a musical instrument, babysit, trimmed trees, offered to walk dogs, stuff a delivery service for businesses in your area, repair stuff, make room decorations, visit garage sales and buy stuff then sell it in your own garage sale or through eBay.com.

4) Search for unclaimed funds. You may be owed money by the government if you've moved in the last 15 years, changed jobs, been married or divorced, had a deceased relative, paid taxes, or purchased stocks or bonds. One out of 10 people is owed money, but you have to ask. Check here: http://www.governmentgrant.com/

5) Get skilled in poker and play locally.

6) Exchange or barter goods or services. If you have a talent, skill or craft, you could swap it with something else that you can sell more easily.

7) Miss an overpayment. If you have been paying ahead of time with your utilities, rent, life-insurance, hire purchase, credit cards etc, miss a payment and take the money. Make sure you advise them first.

8) Apply for an education grant. Millions of dollars of free education grants are not given out because people don't apply for them! http://www.governmentgrant.com/

9) Reduce your tax withholdings. Sure, it's nice to get a big refund at the end of year, but you could be using that extra money during the year. Arrange your repayments to adjust it.

10) Sell the Silver Lotto System as an affiliate. You get up to US$18 with each sale, and all you have to do is sign up after you've bought my system. Many affiliates get a regular 4-figure commission each month: http://www.silverlotto.com

So there's a few ideas for you.

Stop Living Frugally! 7 Essential Riches Tips

What I'm about to say here is totally opposite to everything you've been told to believe when it comes to getting money.

My views and action steps here will get some folk hopping mad.

I don't care.

Because you need to realize we are all being manipulated to achieve less than we're really worth.

And once you see how that's happening, you can change dramatically.

Even in these negative times of housing and gas price stress, you can change your life around 180 degrees in an instant, and live happy. A rich mind is just a mindset, and I'm going to tell you what I do to rise above your current problems.

I started thinking about this when I recently came across one of many websites that seeks to pull me down to the dull level of the unthinking masses... people who are unable to think for themselves and who use the popular media to do their thinking for them.

I got mad.

Because success in any field is not made by the average Joe doing average stuff. It is made by the contrarian thinker who takes action, who ignores the media viewpoint to become wealthy beyond the rest of their neighborhood.

Could you change your mindset and realize your true worth?

I have done it, and I'll tell you how.

Sometimes it takes a little motivation like completely ignoring people who suggest you can save a penny here and a cent there by buying soap powder in bulk. Who also say you can become a millionaire by wasting your life putting 10% away in a compounding account and waiting 30 years.

What! I can't wait 30 minutes for my wealth. I could die any minute. All those years wasted for nothing!

I'm sick and tired of people trying to make us scrape by on a penny... to convert us to poverty thinking. Here’s some of their twisted thinking:

- Stop buying cars, they say, it will drive you broke with depreciation and running costs. As for expensive cars, they aren't necessary, you only need to get from A to B, right? Wrong! People treat you differently when you drive a quality car (Notice I said 'quality'. It doesn't need to be expensive, for now. Even a 20 year-old Mercedes in nice condition will do). A quality ride is a magical experience. Ask anyone who has ridden in a Rolls Royce. Why should you settle for less! People with low self-esteem can drive anything. Notice they also dress poorly and have worn out shoes. Owning a good car is essential to boosting your well being. A car liberates you, and defines you. Taking a train or bus will just keep you grounded in poverty thinking.

- You only need a 1,000 sq ft home, they say, and wow - look what you save on maintenance and taxes. Wrong! I gladly pay a small fortune for my upkeep because I'm enjoying every minute of it. I happily make the financial sacrifice. Know what defines the rich from the poor, apart from money? Space. The more you have, the better you live.

- The best things in life are free, the saying goes. Nope. Do your family really want to visit you in your rundown slum in a swamp on the edge of a nuclear plant development? Wouldn't they prefer to play tennis on your double area courts, take a hike round your 200 acre wooded back yard, swim in your Olympic size pool? You bet. Your family will still love you for free, rich or poor. So why not aim for rich?

Are you proud of having the biggest pile of grocery vouchers in your street? Are you overjoyed when you score a bonus point on your loyalty card? Do you forage the local tip for stuff you can use in your own home to save buying it?

Get real.

Free stuff is good for meeting low expectations. Penny-pinching depresses you and keeps you at a low level of achievement.

When you're on the breadline, everything looks like bread. When you live at this lower level, your mind shrinks to adapt to it.

By contrast I have a rich mentality. So I never do these things:

- I never look at the petrol pump prices.
- I never know what food costs. I just buy what I need.
- I never worry where the money will come from. It always does.
- I rarely question the price of things. But I will try for a bargain where I can. Saved 10% (that's $20,000 I got back) on my recent new Lexus by buying clever.
- I always pay a tradesman their worth without a quibble.

The point is this - you and I are not going to get vast millions by spending a $2 lotto ticket each month. You need to change your mindset and earn more so you can buy more tickets. More tickets means more chances.

It's time to step up to the plate and go for gold! Here's some crazy ideas for you to get started earning and thinking big in your new life:

1- Buy an expensive watch.
Even if you own nothing else, get a good watch for the simple fact that it will inspire you. It's a mobile symbol of your expectation. Every time you look at it, you'll think about the good life it represents. That constant trigger will give you incentive to get moving, get earning more, spending more on lotto. A few years back I bought my wife a Omega watch to match mine. Hers is a Cindy Crawford model with umpteen diamonds worth three times the value of mine. Mine is an Omega Constellation, a more modest watch. I'm not a flashy person by nature. Interestingly, whenever I look at her watch, I think about what I need to do to drive up my own income further.

2- Fill your wallet with cash.
What's the amount of folding paper that scares you to have in your wallet? $50? $200? $500? Choose the amount that makes you nervous, and keep it in your wallet. Guess what? After a while, you'll start to feel good about it. You won't be worried about being caught away from an ATM or bank. You'll be able to negotiate with sellers - offer them card, or a lower cash amount. You'll be surprised how low you can go with cash. But the best result of this move is that you'll feel rich, very rich. Cash is king. It's tangible. Just don't flash it about :-)

3- Live beyond your means.
There's nothing that inspires me more than to get up each morning and find ways to get a bigger mortgage. I'm living in my dream house, but I have a better one lined up. Just need a few million more to acquire it :-) And having a big commitment makes me work smarter, buy more lotto tickets. Don't listen to Suzy Orman or any other number of 'sensible' financial advisors who dispense ordinary advice. They're only trying to bring you down to the masses' way of thinking, and keep you poor and compliant.

4- Don't have a rainy day reserve fund.
What's the point of having money if you don’t use it? It's useless sitting there, gathering a tiny few percent in interest. Instead, take out a credit card with a limit that allows you to live for 6 months, and keep it in a safe place. Don't ever use it unless in an emergency. That's your rainy day fund, and it only costs you $35/yr. Better than having $10,000 in savings which could buy you any number of fancy things right now.

5- Change your job to sales.
Working for $15/hr? You're exchanging time for money and you'll never climb out of the pit. Because what happens when you run out of time? Simple - you limit your income. Say you work in a widget factory and can produce 1 widget an hour. You get paid $15 an hour to do that. How are you going to increase your income? You can't! Sell the widgets instead. If you sold 10 widgets at $100 each in an hour - hey, that's $1,000 an hour! Could you sell 100 widgets? That's $10,000 an hour! See the difference? Unlimited thinking is the key.

6- Write your goals daily.
Set extreme goals and confirm them in writing EVERY DAY, in the morning - to set the pattern for the day ahead. Do one thing towards your goal each day. Remember "The Secret"...that book that swept the world a while back? Though much of it was marketing twaddle, one of the most important parts was the goal setting through writing. For some reason the mind works on your written desires and brings them to fulfillment. It works for me all the time, and I don't know why or how. Like me, just do it and believe it will happen.

7- Tithe.
Tithing works. It doesn't have to be money you give away. You can also quit your unused possessions. We gave away a perfectly good clothes drier last week to our church, and someone right now is giving thanks for it. Money is just more convenient. Here's how tithing really works. Forget the spiritual rubbish about 'the universe' giving stuff back to you because you tithe. The reality is that by giving money or stuff away, you are subconsciously acknowledging that you are in fact wealthy enough to do it. That is an important boost to the ego, and before you know it, you're doing more, taking more risk, living more fully. The fear of not having enough wealth is driven out when you give money or items away with a glad heart. It works on YOU.

Why am I suggesting these 7 strategies?

Because unless you are able to play more than the average $10/week that most other lotto players spend, you're going nowhere fast.

The More You Spend, The Faster Your Odds Improve.

It's simple maths. Accelerate everything in your life and you get there faster... whether it applies to success in your sales job, or winning lotteries.

Should you take any of my advice?

No. Because only a privileged few reading this are mentally capable of using this information wisely. The rest will end up poorer and in debt. And blaming me for it.

Is that you? Only you know.

If you have any doubts, or lack vision, give up now. Keep buying your $5/week lotto ticket and maybe win it back, or maybe not. At least you'll be safe and secure and your life will be comfortable in the rut you're in.

To sum it up:

1- You need to increase your income to be able to afford more lotto tickets.
2- Even if your winnings are slow to start, at least your income will be working towards getting you to most powerful position in the world - your own independence and personal freedom.
3- Ignore conventional thinking. It will severely limit your earning opportunities.

Up to you now!

The Truth About Earning A Lotto Fortune

I've just read a blog from a successful internet marketer.

There were about 85 comments below his post.

Guess what?

Almost all of them stated they were not making any money from the net.

They said this in many ways: "I would like your income" ... "Help me get started" ... "I've been following your instructions for 18 months and only earn $20/month."

It wasn't the guru's fault.

It's actually VERY hard to make a living from the internet.

Only a handful make it.

Some have successful eBay businesses, but that's a lot of effort. Who wants to work 12 hour days all their life?

I have relatives and friends who are very bright - experts in their fields - yet they cannot get a profitable online or offline business going.

For years I tried to help people succeed in their own business online. But most of them didn't have any real business sense... the kind of intuition that tells the successful person what to do and when. So I've discovered the hard way there is no magic solution that guarantees success in your own business.

So you shouldn't even try.

What? Did I really say that?

I'm a very optimistic guy, yet I'm giving you negative stuff like this?

Well, after many years of observation, it's true. Even with the massive explosion of opportunity on the net, most people will fail to make a living. The ones who do are exceptional people.

So what's my answer for the rest of you?

Invest.

Boring word, I know, but let me make it interesting for you with this word...

Lotto.

Yes, 'invest' in lotto.

Why not shares? Stocks and shares are also a gamble, but you need a lot of money to invest. Lotto games only require a few dollars each time for a possible massive payoff.

I know my Silver Lotto System and associated products are the BEST way to get a return from your moneys. The rewards are higher than any other method, and if you're lucky - could be instant.

Forget business (except a lotto business - that's better than anything around. But more about that in later posts).

In my opinion - and I've been in all types of business for decades - playing lotto is the best, most efficient prime earner for your money. The best ROI (Return On Investment).

How?

Not the way most people invest... a few dollars here and there when they feel like it.

Money's mostly wasted that way.

But using my systems and spending wisely, you have MORE chance of getting a fortune that will solve life's problems than in any other way I know.

My dream has always been trying to help others get ahead financially in their own business. But this morning I've realized something big, and that is I've been trying to help in the wrong way.

Most people don’t have the mindset for business success. Or the focus. Or the resources.

They are often sold unrealistic dreams that never work in the real world.

You could spend most of your life on trying to build up a business, only to have it flop. That's a fact of life.

That's why you need to have a highly leveraged risk-taking venture where you:

- Spend small amounts.
- Get back massive returns.

Lotto is that method. Where else could you spend a few dollars and get back a vast $100 million that will fulfill every dream you ever had?

Not in a business, that's for sure.

See how others have won big in various lottos through genuine testimonies on file and on my website:

- $3.2 Million by Maher M... a 6th share.
- $281,183.00 by Robert Whelan.
- $175,000.00 miss by Larry... sadly an accident
stopped him from buying his winning tickets.
- $100,000.00 by Ron B.
- $70,634.60.00 on the Canada 6/49 by Murray B.
- Numerous smaller wins of up to $5,000.00 by
many Silverites (buyers of my system)

My System Pays Your Bills Fast

It may seem a little strange that I'm going to tell you how to pay off your bills fast.

You're probably wondering why there's no immediate connection to playing lotto.

Well, there is, and here's the reason...

The quicker you pay your bills off, the more money you'll have over for playing lotto. And the more lotto games you play, the better chance you have of winning.

That wasn't so strange, was it? Okay, let's get started. There are only five easy steps to take:

STEP ONE
Collect all your unpaid bills together. Put them in a pile on your kitchen table. Make sure they don't include any Essential Expenses (see Step Three).

STEP TWO
Separate the urgent bills in one pile. Arrange the rest in another pile, graded from smallest to largest amounts.

STEP THREE
You'll need to find out how much money you have left from your pay, after you deduct Essential Expenses like:
- rent or mortgage
- electricity and phone
- hire purchase or card payments that can't wait
- running money ... gas for your car, tickets for the train etc
- etc

STEP FOUR
Add up all these Essential Expenses, then take away that total amount from your Income. Like this:

Your Income: $1,000
Essential Expenses: $700
-------------------------
Total Over: $300

The Total Over is your bill paying amount.

STEP FIVE - BILL PAYING
1. Take your pile of urgent bills and using the bill paying amount, pay as much of these urgent ones as you can first, but pay off the SMALLEST bill first.

2. When you have finished this one, then pay the next smallest bill.

3. Continue until your bill paying money runs out.

Repeat each payday until your bill are paid.

Why does this system work so well?

The secret is that you are making faster progress by paying the small bills first. This gives you extra incentive because you can see these bills are reducing quickly.

Gradually over time (and it may not take that long either), you will have more and more *bill paying* money available each payday.

The larger bills eventually won't present any problem because the evergrowing bill paying income will pay them off quicker.

It's a system which will tidy up your bills far quicker than you'd ever imagine.

Try it!

Let me know how you get on.

Make The Choice... Money or Friends. But Wait...

There was an interesting question posed on a forum I visited recently.

It was an online quiz that asked three questions... whether you wanted a better relationship with your partner, whether you wanted to wake up happy in the morning, or whether you wanted so much money that you didn't have to work again.

Since I'm a bit contrary in my viewpoint, I put in the "lots of money" option.

Turns out that most people wanted the other two options.

I wasn't surprised.

This is why...

I call it "SAY AND DO."

That's the tendency for most people to SAY one thing, and DO another.

This is the problem that many businesses face when they conduct focus groups to find out which product to develop or use. They ask the group about what product they prefer. The interviewees give a response, and based on that the company produces a product tailored to suit them.

Of course the product usually flops.

Because people will say one thing while doing another. It's human nature.

So, back to my original subject - what's better, money or friends?

Most will say friends.

That's for you to decide, but I have something to confess to you...

Since I have both earned and won a lot of greenbacks, my friendships have deepened, my wife is far more happier, and people like me more. It has probably as much to do with my changed attitude as the amount of money I possess.

So my answer is... money.

Money opens a lot of doors, stops most pain in your life and gives you a tremendous amount of personal freedom.

Most people will answer... friends.

But I have both.

Now, why not try getting both too? And you know how... yes, through my Silver Lotto System! Three cheers for guessing that.

What My Wife Said To Me Yesterday

My wife often complains that I spend too much time in my home office. "You're not going to make any more friends if you spend all that time down there," she said yesterday.

She could be right... though I make plenty of friends through my lotto business.

She's really talking about people we can have over for dinner to talk about world events. Maybe even discuss personal things that bother us. Or just have fun together.

That's what friends are for.

I normally just grin and get on with my work. But from time to time I say to her, "Don't worry dearest, I can always buy a friend."

I'm joking of course... the kind of friends you can buy are not really the ones you want.

But what I mean is this - it's about the positive power of money.

You see, when you have much green folding stuff - the kind that comes from sizable lotto winnings... it is a shortcut to happiness.

Why do I say that? Can you buy happiness with greenbacks?

Yes, surprisingly. In a recent survey it was found that all lotto winners were happy - and stayed happy... even years after getting their prizes.

What I'm really saying is that with a Big One, anything you want can be yours today. Right away. And getting things this instant - instead of waiting, makes most people very happy:

  • You don't have to save up for three years to buy an exotic European sports car. Get it now.

  • You don't have to save up for a year to buy that big-screen plasma. It's yours now.

  • You don't have to do grocery shopping... you can buy from the store over the Internet, or get a personal shopper to do it for you.

  • That idyllic three weeks on a hot, tropical island is only a telephone call away. Pack your bags now.

  • You can tell your boss to shove his job. March into his office right now.
... when you have the money.

So money is tremendously important. It will speed up the good things in your life, and it will take away the bad things in your life.

Think of this when you buy your next set of lotto tickets.

You could be changing your life for good.

And the best part - there's no downside!

Money is fun. Money opens up a new world to you. And it's available at your local lotto shop with my Silver Lotto System.

How My "X" Unearthed A Treasure Trove

I want to tell you about my recent financial success. I'm constantly amazed by the usefulness of this tool for making money:

I increased my sales by 2x last week, simply by finding the right kind of information on my own www.kensx.com website. Yes, I eat my own dogfood! (This phrase was popular a few years back. It referred to dogfood executives having enough blind faith in their own products to test them by taste. Urk!)

Let me tell you how I did it:

I wanted to increase sales for one of my products. (Who doesn't!)

Sales are almost directly linked to website traffic. So I went to www.kensx.com and simply typed in "traffic."

Then I bought the ebook at #1 position. You see, my clever searchbox automatically sorts all the ebooks by popularity. Generally the most popular ebook or product is there for 2 reasons:

1. It sells well.
2. It has few refunds.

Therefore, by default, it's usually very good. Sure, you could get one that stinks but still has managed to haul itself to top position, but generally that's very rare.

So I read the book, and in 20 minutes came across a brilliant idea. Using it, I sent out a newsletter - that doubled my sales over the next 4 days. I could have equally used any of the other methods in this manual, but I chose just one. It paid off, and I made my money back from buying the ebook and several hundred dollars besides.

Even if you need information on any topic, you'll find it at my searchbox: www.kensx.com. And it could be VERY profitable for you!

(By the way, did you know why I called it "Ken's X?" Because X marks the spot - a treasure trove discovered).

Make Money While Waiting For Lotto

Let's talk further about making money while you're waiting for your lotto wins. I last talked about it here.

Want a check, like this one to me, for thousands of dollars every 2 weeks... arriving regular as clockwork in your mailbox?

Then I would recommend, very seriously, that you don't go into the following:

  1. A business that requires physical stock of any kind.
  2. A business that you need to run full-time.
  3. A business that employs people.
Now, I'm not talking about large franchised businesses like McDonald's or a lawn mowing service... we're just talking about a business that will supplement your present income, or perhaps overtake it at some stage.

In my years in business, it was rare to see any kind of small business that made money. Most existed on debt - bank and family loans, overdrafts etc.

When I owned a couple of newspapers many years ago, only 10% of my advertisers were able to pay the bills promptly on the 20th of each month. Without exception, the rest of them ran over time. I even had to employ a separate person to collect debts. I would not wish my experience on anyone... yet it is typical of practically 90% of all small businesses around the world.

Fortunately, with the internet, you can start a business without any capital or risk at all. If you can sell, then someone will ship a product for you, collect the money, and pay you out fairly promptly.
The best kind of business is selling digital goods... e-books and software. There are no duplication costs, and apart from some low overhead from web hosting, all the money left over at the end of the month is yours.
So the ideal product is one that someone has already developed, is popular, is digital, has a low refund rate and you can run it in your spare time.

While there are literally thousands products that meet this criteria, I'm going to have to promote my own - because it has all the ticks in those boxes. And better than that, I have a selling system will set up ready for you... is very little to do except promote it, and I even help you do that.

So before you look at any of the tempting offerings that you'll see around you everywhere, make sure what you're doing covers these points:
  • - the product has a low refund rate. Ask for proof.
  • - the product has a wide audience. The larger the better, because this is the only way for growth.
  • - the product has some longevity. Generally it's good to see a product that's been in the market for five years or more. Sales continuity is a good indication of a stable company.
  • - the product is not a one-off. If there are other products associated with it, you will also profit from the sale of those.
  • - the product cost you nothing. This is important... many multilevel marketing organizations require you to buy their product to onsell. Six months of not being able to use your garage because it's packed with unsold stock will soon convince you of the perils of prepaying stock.
  • - make sure the entry barrier is not too low. For example, if anyone can sell a product the selling process will not be that effective because anyone can do it - and they often do using spam and other low grade selling processes. This gives the product a bad reputation, which passes on to you - making it more difficult to sell.
My Lotto Affiliate Selling System has all the ticks above. Take a look at its web page and see for yourself: www.lotto-secret.com/

What's Your Attitude To Money?

My wife gets annoyed at me talking about money constantly.

A couple of months ago she blew her top at me. "All you seem to talk about is money, money, money!" she exclaimed in a rare moment of annoyance.

I retired quickly to think about what she had said. Sometimes other people have a better idea of you than you.

She was right, of course. I live and breathe its acquisition, and inevitably that comes out in my speech and actions.

A while back I had read an insight into some idiosyncrasies of the rich, and one of their traits was to constantly talk and think about money. It was an important part of their daily structure.

So I wasn't alone. But was it a good thing?

Obviously for the sake of our 35 years of marriage, I need to tone down a bit if it annoyed her so much.

And that brought me to our attitudes about money. She doesn't care for it much. Her world consists of giving unselfishly to others through volunteer work. My job is to support her as best I can - which I do happily.

We are both very different. But it's a neat circle of convenience... customer and supplier!

Money means different things at different times to different people. For some it might mean security, for others a power show. Some might use debt to punish themselves. Others use debt to grow... for example, they see a heavy mortgage as an enforced savings plan. Others might see the mortgage as an onerous commitment.

My own view is that money becomes its own security for me. I am happiest when I have a lot in the bank. When Silver Lotto System sales are good, I'm happy. When sales drop, it affects my whole being.

While my cash flow rises and falls quite considerably, I'm not short of money opportunities. My Lexus dealer offered me $45,000 in lease arrangements a while back. I have several hundred thousand dollars available as a loan against the mortgage if I want it.

But that is all different from having cash on hand... even though cash in the bank is not a sensible financial position. More about that in this post.

So how will you react when you win a substantial sum on lotto?

What kind of money attitude do you have? It's wise to work it out now - before you become one of the statistics... the 50% or more who have nothing left two years after their win.

Lotto Safer Than Mortgages?

I see the giant mortgage company, New Century Financial Corp., filed for bankruptcy protection today.

Wonder why we never see any lotto organizations with the same problem? :-)

Makes the term "safe as houses" look a little weak! What about "safe as lotto - and a lot more fun!"

Forget About The Zeros

Here's a tip passed on to me by a multimillionaire that has helped me control how I think about large sums of money.

You see, when you think about big money... whether a lotto winning, purchasing a house or buying a new car... most of us make a financial comparison to our own circumstances. So most people automatically calculate the sums in their head like this: "This car is going to cost me $25,000 to buy. It's almost my annual wage."

When you measure large numbers against your income, it becomes harder to deal with them emotionally. You are always making the comparison against something you are familiar with.

The figures become scary.

This is not necessarily a good thing. For example, if you wanted to invest your lotto winnings in real estate, you're going to have to get used to dealing with large sums very quickly.

So my multimillionaire friend suggested you never include the zeros in any large figure when you talk about them.

I never do. I always say "300" for $300,000. Or, "1.1" for $1,100,000.

Even for the small amounts... I'll say "2 and a half" for $2500.

It makes dealing with larger sums easier to deal with - they become mere figures instead of having an emotional content.

Most people understand what you're saying too. Nowadays it's rare for someone to not be able to understand the real cost of something you're talking about. But of course, in the final transaction you need to spell out the exact amount just be sure.

In the meantime, start by making large figures small by removing the zeros, and see how it changes your thinking.

Would You Quit Your Day Job For $1.4 Million/Yr?

I've just finished downloading an ebook which is one of the best I've seen. It's about how to make susbstantial money as an affiliate.

Now, you know from my past newsletters that being an affiliate for a popular product can be very profitable indeed. And I've told you that one of my top affiliates is making over $30,000 a year from the Silver Lotto System. I have many other affiliates earning up to that amount as well.

I bought this particular e-book a year ago, and the author has updated it. So I get to download it again with all these additional information - this is pretty unusual. Most authors write one book and leave it.

But as I looked through this one, I notice there's a lot of information there that is explained better and in more detail.

This will help you sell the Silver Lotto System or any other affiliate product out there - and he shows you how to select them too.

Since this guy makes over $1.4 million a year solely from affiliate commissions, I figure this book is worth a lot to you. I highly recommend it: Take a look here.

What About That Rainy Day?

I believe money - including lotto winnings - is meant to be shared around and kept in motion. You do this by spending or investing.

But what if you have an emergency? A major car repair, an accident around your home, costly renovations you didn't expect... all this can make a serious dent in your cash flow.

Most financial planners say you should be putting money away regularly to cover these "rainy day" problems.

But I don't agree. Let me tell you about my contrary viewpoint...

To me, savings just doesn't make sense. You spend a great deal of your working life putting money into the bank just to get a small amount of interest back. You might convince yourself that this money will act as a security barrier against any problems, but to me it's just a waste.

You see, this lump of money doesn't do anything except represent a period of earning in your life that is gone forever. Only when you use the sum does it become valuable. Otherwise it's useless.

So what's the alternative?

Here's a technique that is not very well known, but that solves the problem very neatly.

You must build several lines of credit and never use them.

For example, if you think that $20,000 would keep you going for six months in an emergency, instead of saving up that amount, find a way to get it in credit.

You can do it by:
  • - getting a new credit card or two and never using them. Put them in a safety deposit box if you ever think you'll be tempted to use them. Pay the annual fees and consider the $30 or $40 a year as a bonus for having that amount of money available to you on call.

  • - extending a line of credit on your mortgage. Don't touch it though. If you haven't revalued your house in the last few years, you might be surprised at how much it's gone up. I have a friend who did this just recently. Their house was revalued at over $1 million, and they extended a line of credit for $100,000 - which they'll probably never use. But it's there as security against anything happening to them.
Now you've got the security of an emergency buffer - without sacrificing a couple of years of your life to save for it.

(The only downside is that having unused credit may affect your rating on any future loan you take out. It changes the balance of your assets. I'm not a qualified financial expert, so you should see one if you think it might affect you).

I'm A Millionaire. Now What?

I've been a millionaire* for some time now.

To tell the truth, I can't pinpoint exactly when it happened. One day a while back I just did some adding up of some assets, and bingo!... there was the result - a whole lot of zeros on the calculator.

The result was pretty exciting. I was on cloud nine for a day or so because I had been concentrating on this goal for many years.

But once the euphoria wore off, I was back to thinking and planning again. This time I made a goal for $20 million - and to achieve it in a shorter time!

Why, you ask? "Ken, surely you've got everything you need in this world with that vast sum of money?"

The object was never the money. Money was simply the way of measuring a goal.

Each of us needs a goal in our lives, and when that is met then we should make another one to stretch our boundaries - to keep growing mentally and emotionally. And you should always do some good along the way. I also want to donate to a local boxing gym who help disadvantaged kids, and I will very soon.

Why am I writing about this to you?

It's not to boast, but actually I do hope that my circumstances might motivate you.

You can achieve what I've done.

I'm telling you to get off your chair, get some fire in your eyes, and claim the riches you deserve by winning lotto or starting your own wealth-making business. Are you worried there's not enough money to go around, and you'll miss out? That's never been the case in this vast world of opportunities. There's more than enough money in the universe to answer all your prayers.

And if you can't win it immediately, then you can earn it while you're waiting. Get my special moneymaking program and get started.

*By the way, my millionaire status doesn't include our house which is worth about $1.3 million, or previous lotto wins. And that's not my home in the picture above either. I'll leave THAT to your imagination!

I've Just Found The Titanic

I've just found the Titanic.

For decades it had been lying at the bottom of the sea. No-one had any idea where. Eventually, after many millions of dollars had been spent looking for it over many years, marine geologist Robert Ballard discovered it lying 4000 meters below the surface of the Atlantic.

But it didn't cost me millions of dollars to discover its location.

In fact, it only cost me $5.99.

Because this was the cost of a Reader's Digest magazine, which revealed the sunken location of the Titanic.

Just think how many dollars you are spending today and still not finding lotto's equivalent of the Titanic... the Big Prize or Jackpot. (Did you know this week's Powerball is up to $165 Million?)

Then think how easy it would be if you had low cost directions for winning lotto. Instead of spending hundreds or thousands of dollars and years trying to find the jackpot, you could get it for just a handful of dollars by reading the right instructions.

You know what I'm talking about? Yes, my Silver Lotto System shows you the way to finding your own lotto "Titanic" win location.

And in case you're interested, here's the location of the Titanic:
49 degrees 56' W, 41 degrees 43' N.

They're All Trying To Sell You Something!

In my business I get round a lot of websites. And quite frankly I am getting irritated beyond belief.

The latest offering doing the rounds is something called "D*v*t Dollars." Great name, but it's simply a lot of ballyhoo... a whole procession of income reports, wealth qualifications and not much else. There's not one single giblet of information about the product (called a blind offering in the marketing business).

Why would you want to buy this overhyped mess? I've no idea. I'm not even going to buy it to see if there's any value for you. I can tell you right now, it's unlikely to make anyone money except the owner.

I have another related complaint.

It's about these giant offerings of info-products with reams of fancy bound books, CD's spewing out of the packets, and tons of worksheets. Sure, they look fancy, and they weigh as much as a kitchen sink when you receive the enormous box by courier. But you have to put your life on hold while you're reading it and trying to absorb the vast amount of information.

Now, these marketers, they're all trying to sell something... I know. So am I. But the difference is that my lotto product is real, and it's quick to understand. There's no hoopla, or puffery. I don't lead you on. I don't make you dribble at the mouth with anticipation, then let you down with a lottery product that looks the same as everybody else's.

My stuff is simple, direct, unique, just like me :-)

You can even buy it ready-to-go, so that you spend just a minute or two filling out your lotto tickets - just once - and never have to do anything else again.

No work, very little reading, easy to understand. Lotto success in a box.

Sheesh, which would you buy? As far as I'm concerned, it's no contest. My Silver Lotto System

Here's my suggestion... if you get more than a few paragraphs into a strange website, and it doesn't tell you what they're offering - forget it. You'll be no better off after spending your $197 or whatever on some fancy product.

Save your money and your sanity. Stay real. Look for testimonials and truth.

How A Post-It Note Can Get You Super-Organized

In an earlier post I talked about setting goals in a to-do list with Post-It notes.

But if you're in business, you need to prioritize your life in a more efficient way. So, still using Post-It notes, write down your to-do list, BUT...

... separate out only the items that will make you money. (It's obvious - without money you don't have a business!)

For example, here's my partial list for today:

  • - clean office desk
  • - scan receipts
  • - open mail
  • - read goal list
  • - complete project 21
  • - answer lotto emails
But there's only 1 item on this list that will make me some money, and that's "complete project 21."

I put this target on a single Post-It note and attach it to the side of my computer screen, my wallet, or wherever else I'm going to be today. Each time I have an interruption - for example I'm taking my wife downtown in about 15 minutes - I can return to see the note, and get motivated.

There's only 1 way to be successful in business or lotto, and that is to stay focused. That means:

ONE objective at a time...
ONE game at a time.

A New Twist To Quitting Debt Fast

While you're waiting for a lotto win to bring you a windfall, why not get started on getting rid of your debt permanently.

While it would be nice to imagine that your future lotto wins will give you the good life (and maybe a classic Ferrari) very soon, no one knows when that's going to be - even me with my magnificent system! :-)

This is something you can get started on today, and benefit for the rest of your life.

Throughout my posts I emphasize that you need to take ACTION on everything you do. This is just as important in your day-to-day life as it is waiting for future wins. Always work on the determinable... the stuff you have control over right now. And surprisingly, quitting debt is one of the easiest to succeed in.

Most of us have debt, and most of us want to quit it fast. Not only does debt take a lot of fun out of life, it also prevents you from taking vacations when you want to, giving gifts to your family when you want to, and buying some luxury items to make life fun.

A while back in one of my Lotto-Tips newsletters, I revealed my method for reducing debt fast, but I've since discovered a new twist that makes it even better.

Here's how it works...

In the past I've recommended that you systematically pay off the smallest debts first. This still applies, but you can now do it in a more efficient way:
  1. Make a list of all the consumer debt you have. That doesn't include food, transport or day-to-day expenses. List the total of each debt.

  2. Now, beside each item write down your monthly payment.

  3. Divide that payment into the main total for each. This will give you a ratio that prioritizes your debts far more efficiently.
Here's an example...

----------Loan Bal. -----Monthly -----Ratio
House ---$100,000 -----$1500 -------66
Car ------$12,000 ------$500 --------24
Visa ------$7,000 -------$350 --------20
Loan -----$5,000 -------$200 --------25
----------------------------------------
--------- $124,000 -----$2550

To do this, you'll need a little extra income...
If you're like most people, you'll have some money over after the monthly payments. If you don't, look for ways to increase your income by reducing some expenses. Or better - increase your income. I've suggested that you become an affiliate for the Silver Lotto System... this will bring you in around US $17 a sale. A few of these sales a week will make quite a difference to your income. One of my top affiliates earns over $30,000 a year.

Now choose the payment with the lowest ratio. In this example above, it's the Visa card with a ratio of 20. Use your extra income to pay that card off first. For example, you might find you're able to pay $600 a month in total off your Visa. That's an extra $250 a month. This means that the card will be fully paid off in around 11 months.

Here's where it starts to get better. Now take that monthly Visa payment of $600 and use it to pay off the next low ratio item... in this case the car. Because of the extra payment, you're now able to pay $1100 a month off the car, which means that it will be fully paid off in just a further 6 months!

Here's why...

Because you've been paying the car off at a regular amount already, it has a reduced balance of $6,500 after you finish paying the Visa card. So now paying the car back at $1100 a month lets you pay it off completely in 6 months.

Now that you don't have the car payment, you have a total of $1600 a month free to apply to the next low ratio.

On that goes, rapidly speeding up until at the final loan - your house - you have over $3000 a month to apply to that amount. It will take only a little under three years to pay back that balance.

Now you're completely debt-free, and altogether it's probably taken you less than 5 years! Most people are amazed at the speed at which it works.

There are two success secrets here...

SECRET #1: Once you've decided you are going to pay down your debt, don't spend any more. Any further spending will just increase the time it takes.

SECRET #2: Daily, visualize the life you going to have free of debt. This is important because it gives you the incentive to carry on when times are tough. Also reward yourself after each major success. Go out to dinner, buy or sell something special... just make sure that you celebrate at each stage.

If you've taken the time to read and work out this system, you are 99% ahead of the rest of the population who will never be free of debt for most of their lives. Enjoy!
