Leon's Lottery Ramp-Up System Revealed

So Leon had told Jack about his blog system for the Florida Lottery, and Jack was impressed.
But he wanted to know how Leon came to get that black Ferrari in the school driveway.
Leon explained.
He started looking for ways to magnify his success.
And what he did was simple...
He simply ramped up his efforts.
He started looking for other lotteries around the world, and was not surprised to find there were hundreds.
What excited him was that each major lottery had millions of players each week.
That was a huge market.

Every 10,000 views gave him up to 20% more sales.
And all this was done for free, no outgoings except his time.
And Leon was hungry for success, so he was willing to invest his spare time.
While his other friends wasted time watching tv and complaining about the cost of living, Leon was tapping his keyboard - on track to a small fortune.
His life was going well, until...
One Saturday...
...an unexpected event rocked his world:

Jack sat back in his seat and gave a grin.
"So you won twice!" he exclaimed. "Once when you started the affiliate business - and that gave you income for the rest of your life. And then with your 2nd division win."
Leon smiled contentedly.
"I am very lucky because I have a beautiful car and plenty of recurring money to pay for petrol and running costs," he said.
As they left the building together, Jack watched Leon jump into his Ferrari and thunder down the road, tires squealing.
Jack drew the napkin from his pocket, the one Leon had written for him on the table, and read it again:
