And it you're not, you'll be amazed to see how doing things differently can change your lotto life.
This is how it works for me:
I use Gmail for my email, and it's made my online life very much easier in so many ways.
One of the real advantages is that none of my email now goes astray... it always seems to reach its target.
And everything is all together on one screen, so it's easy to use.
But there is a downside, and that is the screen doesn't show unread email very clearly.
The unread messages appeared in bold, but they are not that prominent - they tend to blend in.
So sometimes I miss a few along the way.
And because I get many dozens - even up to a hundred - of emails a day, they disappear to the next screen page pretty quick.
It wasn't until a few weeks ago that I discovered a way to show just the unread email on their own.
So now I put in the following code in the field at the top of the page, right by "Search Mail"...
in:inbox is:unread
When I press "Search Mail" after entering this phrase, it then only shows unread emails that I need to answer.
All the confusing rest of the mess disappears.
Hallelujah!
Of course, I don't type this code phrase out in full each time.
I use a shortcut program called ShortKeys, which means I only have to type in a couple of letters to have it fill in the full code.
